Meadow Pointe is a community located in Pasco County just North of Hillsborough County Line.  It is made up of over 1800 hundred acres plus has disignated conservation areas in the subdivision.  Meadow Pointe is consider part of the New Tampa Area.  It has 4 different phases in the community which means there are 4 CDD's which governed separately.  Depending on where you live you will fall under one of these CDD's.  There are different club houses and recreation facilities for each phase.  There aer two Elementary Schools and one Middle School and the New High School for Pasco County.
